First Meeting a Huge Success 

January promises to be a busy month for everyone interested in the future development of tourism in Dumfries and Galloway as Stevens View Partnership embark on a series of meetings to engage with tourism businesses and other interested agencies and community groups.

The first of these events took place on 7th January in the new Dumfries leisure centre, DGOne, when the consultants met with the members of the Area Tourism Partnership and a number of other tourism businesses and stakeholders. The level of attendance was excellent and it proved to be a most positive and lively meeting .Ideas and views came thick and fast providing plenty of food for thought for Terry Stevens and Yvonne Crook.
